This is my beautiful 10th Anniversary Edition of Looking for Alaska by John Green. This is one of my favorite books of all time. I know a lot of people have jumped on the John Green bandwagon in the last few years since The Fault in Our Stars came out, and rightfully so. But I started reading his novels when I was thirteen, back in 2007. Looking for Alaska was the first book I read where I felt like I would never be the same after I finished it. It changed me, deep in my soul. That might sound corny, but it's true. I know I wouldn't be the person I am today without having read this uniquely smart, unforgettably poignant, transcendent novel. If you are one the few people that haven't read this book, change that immediately. Young or old, YA lover or not, read this book.
