I still can't believe that I haven't read this book. I've owned Uglies for almost ten years, and I've started it TWICE and made it to page 70 before I got distracted by other books. It wasn't that it was bad or wasn't interesting, it just starts out kind of slow, and apparently, I'm always in the mood for a fast-paced beginning when I pick this book up. But I'm determined to read it this year, finally!
