My favorite romance trope of all time is the "fake relationship" trope. And one of the best things about it is how varied it can be. Maybe they are dating for social standing; maybe they are marrying to unite a kingdom; maybe they are dating to make someone else jealous. The possibilities are endless, even though it's such a specific trope. But no matter the situation, I swoon for DAYS. I just love the dynamic.
